Re: Shield for Z-Uno

Here is an updated list of features of the Z-Uno shield: Energy efficient (switching) power supply for Z-Uno with 6-30 V input. Up to 500 mA output on 3.3 V to power your additional peripherals. Poplular DIN-rail 12 V and 24 V power supplies are perfectly ok. You can still power with 3V or 5V direct...

Re: Associate Z-UNO with another device

The setter is called for the channel the packet comes to. For example if non-channeled command is received, it will be sent to the first channel of that type (see Z-Uno channels mapping explanation on Z-Uno web site). If a MultiChannel encapsulated command is received, the approrpiate setter will be...

No, this feature is not yet available. We might implement it via "debug" messages.

Re: Server is constantly crashing

Yes, use "screen".

Is the problem still relevant on v2.3.7? If so, can you help us to reproduce it or use your environment to hunt?

Re: Channel report is corrupted while transferred from zuno to controller

Might it be a CRC error? it happens (but rare) that packet get corrupted on its way. If corruption keeps CRC same, the receiver will accept such a packet.

Ways to solve it:
- use 5th gen controller (in this case CRC16 is used insteaf)
- use Security

Re: Can Z-Uno be a controler?

But please note that even being a slave device Z-Uno can control other devices (switches/dimmers/...) including another Z-Uno.

So in fact you can make a "controller" (not in Z-Wave terms, but in human terms - something that controls another device by radio).
