Thanx for the reply.
How would I tell which way my Pi is configured? I think the Razberry is talking to ttyAMA0, but I'm not sure.

Re: Can't log in under 2.2.2
Also, whatever was going on finally timed out and produced a "couldn't load user data" message.

Switch Reliability or Razberry problem?
I'm running the Razberry on a Pi2. I've had four switches suddenly get marked as "failed" over the last couple of months, 3 in the last week. All of the switches are brand new, and were installed over the last five months. Most of them are GE, while a few are Linear. I was able to resurrec...

Can't log in under 2.2.2
I ran into some problems with the Razberry which I hoped to fix by upgrading to 2.2.2. Now I've got more problems. I can't log in. I get to the login page, but it's dimmed and I get to watch a spinning dot indicator go on forever. Well,at least 5 minutes, but that's forever in all practical terms. H...

Source Code for Virtual Device performCommand("update")
I am trying to write a switch-polling routine in nodejs which interfaces with the zway automation engine. I'm doing this because I'm using American switches which do not have a hail controller/notify controller of level change capability built-in. My first attempt apparently overloaded some part of ...

GE Z Wave Dimmer Disappears from Network
A GE/Jasco dimmer I installed a couple of months ago has disappeared from the Razberry z wave network (the node shows as missing, presumed dead). The switch itself still works fine as a dimmer when you press the switch panels manually. I used the Expert UI to delete the switch. I then tried to re-in...

Noisy Polling Results for Switches?
I've written a node app which controls various light switches around my home. These are US switches without the ability to notify the controller when they've been manually adjusted. They also don't support the Hail command. So in order to tell what level they're at I poll them periodically. In doing...

Polling Switch Levels
Now that poltos and others have taught me that US switches often do not notify the controller when their level changes, I'm implementing a polling process in the nodejs app I'm writing to manage my lighting. I noticed that there was a built-in module to do this. But it doesn't allow polling to be do...

Re: Does RazBerry See Level Changes?
If you see nothing in logs on switching, they just send nothing. Make sure to have RaZberry (#1) in all assoc groups of these devices. I checked, and only one of my switches offers an association group. On all the other ones that tab comes up with this message: Can not configure associations: group...
