hmmm.. strange behaviour.. i have now the same issue with a Multi Sensor Gen5 that i reinstalled (it was well connected few days ago).
the interview fails only for security command class.

Anyone knows if there is an official support to contact for this kind of problems?

After your deep analisys, i solved with the cmd Now I'm able to update installed apps and to download new ones.
