i grep on the /opt/z-way-server directory and found some files, but the one that looks good

seems to be generated.

where can have details of the units for the weather parameters. I want temperature, and a parameter like Forecast seems confusing to me.

I had no active BaseModule as I can't access BaseModule page. For the Local apps, there is no uninstall button, see below. Some module have the uninstall button, some don't. I've install WeatherUndergound additionally to OpenWeather.
but in the LogicalRule "Trigger rule check on activation of scenes" there is absolutely no input.
i guess i miss a strep. After having the weather module active, is there something to do to have it as an input for another module ?
