I operated the curtain for testing with the Fibaro roller shutter and with the Technisat soller shutter, 2 to 3 times each. I do have several of these devices in my network (Popp & Danfoss). The last ones I included 3 weeks ago. It worked fine. They were all included properly.
It is normal that they appear as battery devices since they are battery devices.

What went wrong in detail?
