I am using the USA model in MAlaysia which use European frequency. Does the disturbance in frequency affect the range of the z-uno and gateway?

is it normal that my device range is only around 30cm?

I already did those things.and after I include my z-uno. I still cannot control the switch. the led still not turn on. The name is Z-wave device multichannel right? and the Z-wave device already on withg green light. but when I turn on or off. nothing happened. do I need to change anything at the ID...

Hi. can anyone help me. I am using smartthings hub and already connected with my z-uno. however, when i upload the sketch, the simple switch, the led is not light up. can anyone help? or did I actually made any mistakes during the process?
