It seems Alexa Service is back.

Alexa-Service is not available for me the whole day. Every speech command is responded with an Error message "device is not responding". Why is it so difficult to deliver a stable service.

A few minutes ago I triggered approx. 10 device commands using Alexa service and all worked well and server response time was Fantastic. The best performance since 4 weeks.

I made a test a few minutes ago switching a device using Alexa interface. 7 attempts and only one was successful. Six times no response (or too late response) from zwave server. For me no improvement visible.

Did you progress installing new server to stabilise the Alexa service?

I confirm that an improvement is visible for me but the service is still not reliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not work. Hope you can fix this in reasonable time.
