Re: Remotec ZXT-120 temperature sensor not working
Yes, If you have the option of running a cable to the device then there is a procedure described in the manual where you change the behavior of the blaster to that of a FLIRS, whupich means that it will basically behave like a mains powered device. I have mine set up like that, and that means both t...

Should not switch ON or OFF generate an event?
Hi, I am a bit confused about you should look at programming rules in Z-way. I started setting up a rule that says that when I turn lamp A on at the wall switch, in which there is a Fibaro Single Switch 2 (FGS-213) then the blinds should also open. Should be simple I thought. But, when I turn the la...

FIBARO RGBW channels?
Hi,
I just included at FIBARO RGBW controller in Z-way. Does anyone know what all the sub-devices does?
Which ones do I combine to make me able to use the "RGB Light from 3 Dimmers" app that I see in the app store?
Thanks!
Fredrik

Re: Add a default power consumption of a device?
Yes, computing the consumption is not the problem. Usually I will know what kind of draw the lamp will have. But, I would like to be able to insert a value as a power consumption each time the lamp is on. That way I would be able to keep track of power consumption in a nice way.

Add a default power consumption of a device?
Hi, I have two questions related to keeping track of power consumption of devices in Z-way First, is there an app for that use case specifically, or do you use a more general "summation of sensors" kind of app? Second, some Z-wave switches do not monitor power consumption, but really if yo...

Add default power consumption?
Hi, Some Z-wave devices had power metering built in, but some don't. However, if a switch is ON and there are 27Watts worth of attached lamps, then it is not difficult to know what will be the current power consumption, right. Is there any way to incorporate this information in a Z-way system? Fredrik

Functional preference for a two Razberry + Z-way system ?
Hi, I have a house that is a bit troublesome for Z-wave transmissions. In one part of the house, there are large-ish areas of metal that prevents effective transmission of signals to the z-wave devices by them, if I use only one controller. Basically I can switch a dimmer on and off and set the leve...
