I've just started to migrate my network over to Z-way. I'm trying to install a Cooper scene controller. Most of the time the interview sticks at 90% (associations won't complete). I've gotten to 100% a couple of times but then if I look at the device I don't see any Elements available for the scenes?

Just a follow-up. I had the same issue and just restarting the server opened up non-EU radio frequency options.
