I have forced interview, excluded , factory reset the device (the dual paddle), and included again... Still same problem...

Ok didnt try to downgrade to 2.3.6, will try that as well and see what happens

Thats good news. The thing is I wonder if my z-way card is corrupt or not, or if this is a software issue with 2.3.8. Is there any "tooling" one can try and diagnose the hardware in any way. In my case it didnt help to revert back to 2.3.7 after this happended. Have not tried full reinstal...

I have the exact same problem. Occurred after upgrading to 2.3.8 from 2.3.7. No devices. trying to restart Z-Way-Server results in libzcommons.so error reported by ZJohan in post above.

Come on Z-wave.me, its time to act on this problem now!
