This worked for me with the latest Z-Way v4.1.1 release and was able to update to 7.38.

Type in "all" in the access token section. You should see the 7.38 version.

My Razberry 7 Pro is also stuck on 7.26 SDK 7.17.00.
It seems there is no upgrade path after going to 7.26, if I am reading this graph correctly.
