Re: First Alert - Smoke and CO Detector

Same here, fails on the 'basic' portion of the interview and all portions can complete. Log output is: [2015-08-14 20:06:05.460] [zway] Job 0x13 (Basic Get): Delivered [2015-08-14 20:06:05.460] [D] [zway] SETDATA devices.61.data.lastPacketInfo.delivered = True [2015-08-14 20:06:05.460] [D] [zway] SE...

Door-ajar notification

I have door sensors on my doors, and want to receive some sort of notification (sms, android, something like that) if they are left open for more than X minutes. Has anyone done that / can point me in the right direction?

Re: Schlage BE469 supported, features

Repeatedly forcing interview for the parts that aren't returning doesn't help. Whats odd is the log seems to indicate the job was successful but it doesn't update in the gui. I'll try the distance solution.

Re: Decouple switch from relay

I strongly suspect it is a module limitation -- most consumer modules can't be configured to 'require' a controller to function.

Double-click GE/Jasco devices

I have GE/Jasco ON/Off switches. I'd like to configure them such that if someone does a 'off' operation twice in X seconds on a given switch that it'll trigger a scene. The switches do not support associations, but I believe Niffler can see them. So for example, the switch at the base of the stairwe...

Re: Schlage BE469 supported, features

Thank you for the detailed response. I now have one installed, though its having some trouble completing interview -- Association, ManufacturerSpecific , and Version won't complete. Are they completing for you?

Niffler is exceedingly useful as well.

Re: [userModule] Daylight (updated 2015-03-13)

Can I suggest an 'offset' for each of sunrise and sunset? For example I'd like my porch lights to come on about an hour before sunset, then I'd set a delayed scene to turn them off 2 hours later. Potentially the same behavior for the morning. The offset might be negative depending on the scenario.
