Thermostat is included, associated with boiler receiver unit. When I change value on the thermostat directly, controller sees the changes in Thermostat Control device, but when I change Thermostat Control device value, thermostat doesn't see it. Or see after some time, like 20 or 30 mins. Any ideas ...

There is a problem with mobile devices for the moment, I have the same issue. There is a solution foe this though with Ping Presence State or something, where systems pings certain IP address.

Fibaro Double relay switch or any other double switch should do the job for you. That in case you don't need to dim them, just On/Off. But you need neutral wire in order to connect them.
