same here - alexa suggest disabling and enabling skill but host alexa.zwave.eu do not exist.

thats frustrating again and again.

I had same issue in my setup - after 12 months I had to replace (send back to Amazon and replace) 2 out of 5 thermostats due to E1 error.

my issue was solved with reinstalling alexa (app in smart-home, re-enabling skill in alexa, rediscovering devices)

Alexa is again failing (Device' not responding when trying to turn off lights).
Any permanent solution for this bug?

Alexa-Service is not available for me the whole day. Every speech command is responded with an Error message "device is not responding". Why is it so difficult to deliver a stable service.
