With install script - not possible (not supported version)
With deb file - a lot of unmet dependencies...

What happen if you try to reload this integration? Something in log?

Hi, following issue: If Z-Wave device became unavailable (plug moved to other place or got for limited time bad/no connection) and it will be available in Z-Way again - it will not be more available in HA. Looks like the state is "unavailable" for ever, cannot be used more until the plugin...

with current HA installation and actual Z-Way version it should work without patch.
