Device seems to be dead +..+ +....

Post by nickbalch »

Hi
I've been having intermittent problems with one of the two Everspring AD142-3 switches I have.
I couldn't find AD142 in the list, and have configured it as an AN157 (I am wondering if ADxxx refers to UK socket style?).
As I say, I have two switches, one of which works fine.

I have tried a force re-interview, but this no longer works. Is the switch faulty, or is there more I can do?

Running on a RaspberryPi but using the Aeon Labs S2 USB stick

Thanks

AD142 is a dimmer, AN157 is a switch with power metering.

Do you use Z-Cloud on Raspberry PI?

Try to exclude it and include back.

Is the device far from the USB stick? Move it closer.

If these suggestions do not help, the devices is certainly broken.
