Register problem

Post by yvan22 »

Hello,
When I am trying to create an account in order to download z-connector, I do not receive any e-mail, but my account is created (I cannot create another account with the same e-mail address). However, when I am trying to login, I receive an error message saying that the e-mail address or password is bad...
How could I manage to download z-connector otherwise ?
Thank you in advance,
Yvan.

As mentions on our site, Z-Cloud is not supported anymore, new registrations are not allowed and Z-Cloud will be turned off in June/July. We strongly recommend to switch to RaZberry!

You need RaZberry extension board or Z-Stick for Z-Way to use RaZberry software. Then follow documentation on http://razberry.z-wave.me site

Thank you,

I have another problem to run the z-way-server with my Raspberry and my ZME_ZSTICKC usb stick. This is the problem (from the log file) :

[2014-03-04 17:29:38.919] SETDATA controller.data.vendor = "Z-Wave.Me"
......
.......
[2014-03-04 17:29:38.955] ---------------------------
[2014-03-04 17:29:38.955] Initialization done
[2014-03-04 17:29:38.955] Job 0x07 (Get controller info and supported function classes): success
[2014-03-04 17:29:38.955] Device is not compatible. Terminating...
[2014-03-04 17:29:38.965] Removing job: Get controller info and supported function classes
[2014-03-04 17:29:38.976] Worker thread exit point
[2014-03-04 17:29:38.976] Worker thread successfully finished

Should I return the ZME_ZSTICKC usb stick (As I saw in this post http://en.z-wave.me/content/z-way-serve ... n-failed-9) ?
Or can I resolve the problem by another way, please ?

Thank you in advance,
Yvan

As mentioned abve, Z-StickC does not work with Z-Way. It was made compatible with original Sigma Designs protocol for Open Z-Wave, Z-Cloud, HomeSeer, ... and other software.

For Z-Way you need Z-Stick for Z-Way or RaZberry.
