Any thoughts on how I could go about this?
I'd like to get one of the clipsal 6 way button panels integrated into my home system - something to put near the house entrance with a controlling influence such as scenes for 'away', 'home', 'protect', 'cool', 'heat' etc.
Am not so keen on buying 2-3 z-wave appliances to let me get access to the switch detection, seems a rather expensive route.guess I could integrate it into phone etc. but I'd rather have a physical option.
Cheers

Sorry, I am to lazy to read the 128 page Clipsal brochure, to find out what device you might have in mind.

Doesnt have to be clipsal, any bunch of on/off switches would the the same concept.
Am currently thinking of ripping out the guts of some of the 'stick on wall' switches to see of i can repackage them behind a switch array, alternatively just packaging them up somehow with an arduino device, challenge seems to be how to make it 'z-wave'.
