I installed rc35, created a password for "smart home" and now when i log in it says "you have no permissions t see this page!"
how can i rest the admin account so i can recreate my account?

HOW DO I RESTORE THE "Z-Way Home Automation UI" ADMIN ACCOUNT?

I CAN'T LOG IN, THE ACCOUNT I CREATED IS CORRUPT AND I CAN'T LOG IN.

Did you try this suggestion from Github?

hmm ... one thing he could do is to clear profile array in config.json ... so he gets a new 'clean' admin profile ... but of course this assumes some knowledge ... would be interesting to know which version he has used before ... If I understand corectly he logged in with admin:admin ... changed the password and was not able to log in again, right?

correct, then did a upgrade and am not able to log in again. i need a method to reset back to admin:admin

I guess that he means file:
automation/storage/configjson-xxxxx.json (the xxxxx stand for a long hexadecimal number)

You best stop Z-Way before doing any editing action on that file

I searched for password, and this is what i found, only one user. perhaps someone can check what they have.


when trying to login in with admin:admin i get "User not found. Please check you login or password". so admin account is disabled or the password is not admin any more.
