Hi,
I upgraded to the newest razberry firmware v2.2.0 an really enjoy the new thermostat temperature feature.
I created several scenes but one of my thermostats is not responding in any of the scenes. Even if I try to set the temperature manually within the web UI nothing happens.
What would be the best way to troubleshoot this device?
Thank you so much,
jrn
After upgrade to v2.2.0: One thermostat not responding
Re: After upgrade to v2.2.0: One thermostat not responding
Does it work in the expert GUI? It is a battery device? If so you may have to wake it up by pressing a button or removing / reinserting batteries before issuing commands, or wait for the command to queue until it wakes up on it's own schedule. Some things you can check in the expert GUI to help you troubleshoot your problem...

Have you checked the batteries?
Is the device marked as failed?
Is the device interview complete?
Configuration -> Device
When was the device status last updated?
Device -> Status -> Temp Device ->Update Status
Network -> Timing Info
Does the device have a acceptable response time, if any?
Network -> Routing
Maybe update the routing table for each device?
Network -> Reorganisation
Reorganise network?
Still not working?
Network -> Control
As a last resort you can de-include or forcibly remove a device. Then you can try to re-include as a new device following the same procedure you used prior.
Good luck!
