My UI is unable to "load data" (firmware: 2.2.2). The system ran quite well for about two months. Now each try to open the UI is answered by that message (:8083), access on port 8084 ois not possible due to webif problem.

I installed a brandnew system with "wget -q -O - http://razberry.z-wave.me/install | sudo bash" -> same error.

How to reset the corrupted data base?

You should do a fresh install, upgrade to latest version. reboot and update to the latest version once again.
It seems the upgrade process fail to install a fresh configuration file the first time, the 2nd time I've performed the upgrade I was able to login using default username/password.
p.s. it does help to clear you browser cache after performing the 2nd upgrade pass
