Time is incorrectly shown in Expert UI.
System is setup to show time with 24 hour clock and GMT+1
This is also correctly displayed in UI but in Expert UI time is displayed with 12 hour clock and GMT.
An example, time is now 17:40 in UI but in Expert UI it's 4:40 AM
