UZB1 Max number of devices reached - get the Licence ?

Hi,
i have a UZB1 stick, and i have the same problem than https://forum.z-wave.me/viewtopic.php?t=21983&p=57998

I think i need a licence, but i don't know how to get it ? The seller's site says that the licence is in the product, so there is no need for downloading. Where did you get this licence ?

Usually it is included in a small paper by the seller in the box. And you need to enter it in the UI

It can be bought online in a many internet shops. Called Z-Way license.

I bought a licence... but it still does not work. I have tried with several s-way-server version.. with the latest (3.0) on my debian stretch, i can enter my licence key, verification, is okay... but Unable to upgrade capabilities ! (sometimes nothing happens on the usb stick, sometimes the led switches on, then starts to blink and never stop....
And in the log file :

Are you on 5.2x or on 5.0x fw of your UZB?

I think i'm not far from the solution, but it still does not work.
I use a debian 9.1, with z-way-server 2.3.1 :
i run it this way : LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/root/z-way-server/libs ./z-way-server
My licence key is verified, but i'm "Unable to upgrade capabilities"
I think the UZB device is okay, the led switches on when i connect it to the PC. When i try to enter my licence key, the led of the key switches on (during one or two seconds), but then starts to blink very quickly, and i get the error message.

Can you help me, please ? Is there a problem with my kernel module ? (i'm using the standard debian kernel 4.9, and i have also tried on a Ubuntu, with z-way-server 3.0rc2.. Same problem) ? May the USB is too quick ? I seems that it starts the update, but crashes during it...

It crashes only when i try to set my licence key (but i really need it, because i can't control any device without it)
