I recently purchased a USB dongle (ZMEEUZB1) and a Z-Way license.

However my attempt to activate the license failed. After clicking the "Verify" button the webpage responded "License key verified successfully", and after about 10 seconds it displayed "Unable to upgrade capabilities".

I read on these forums that this might be due to old firmware in the USB dongle. So I upgraded the bootloader and firmware to the latest version.

Now when I retry to activate the license the webpage responds "Unable to verify the License Key". Does my license key have to be reset in any way?

Please wrote us by mail on ps@ or on info@ - your dongle app version (5.xx), scratch and uuid. We will help to regenerate it.

Problem fixed

I'm having this issue myself now. Upgrading really did a number on me today. LOL
