[SOLVED] Unable to activate licence.

Hi all

I've just bought a Z Stick for My Cloud by WD for my EX2. I can download the app from the EX2 webadmin but I can not apply the licence. The webadmin tells me;
Go to the SmartHomeUI and select Menu > Management > Licence Upgrade and enter the licence key.
but that menu entry does not exist for me.

I'm currently unable to Include any devices so I'm guessing it might be this licence issue.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,

Please open the Expert UI --> Network --> Contoller Info --> License upgrade

Thank you for your reply.

I'm unable to get to the Expert UI. If I enter http://server:8083 into the address bar on my browser, it gets forwarded to http://server:8083/smarthome/#/dashboard and doesn't give me any option to choose the interface.

It is the same in the mobile app.

OK, I've done a bit of Googling and found that if I enter http://server:8083/expert/#/home into the address bar I can get to the Expert UI.
