Hi,

today I installed a Razberry (latest version) with 2.3.6 and were able to pair two Devolo Thermostats and two humidity sensors.

I have four more Thermostats, but I fail to add these, even if I follow the same steps ("inclusion takes a long time...").

Are there any known issues or is it possible to view some log? It just fails telling that it could not find something.

I fixed it myself: Pairing is heavily dependent on the distance to the Razberry. If the thermostat is next to the Razberry, pairing always works... if it is more than 10 meters, it does not work reliably.

O.K. this is always a matter. I assume you will need some power driven z-wave devices, to repeat the signals.
Battery driven devices do not repeat the signals, so your thermostat will not respond if they are to far away from controller.
