i'm having issue with the interview of a Siren Gen5. I tried a lot of time to exclude and reinclude and i tried also to keep the siren very close to the razberry... but with no result! every time the security interview is not completed:

hmmm.. strange behaviour.. i have now the same issue with a Multi Sensor Gen5 that i reinstalled (it was well connected few days ago).
the interview fails only for security command class.

Anyone knows if there is an official support to contact for this kind of problems?
