wrong routing

Post by piet66 » 07 Apr 2018 12:10

Already several times I've seen that z-Way uses strange routes.
Now I've found another extreme case in my message log:

Code: Select all

[2018-04-07 06:42:37.801] #1  SCast[r] 01=Z-Way >>0 34=Rep Qub ->1 06=ON-WZ Aeo -> 18=Aus Fib(B) : 152=Security 0 - 128=Nonce Challenge Response - 0xCF50482AB710AFD3

Explanation: Z-Way tries to send routed messages via node 34 (next hop). This can't work, because node 34 is not in the range of Z-Way controller as you can see in the screenshot:

Device 34 was prior situated near Z-Way controller. One week ago I placed it far away on a new place and made a new reorganisation via ExpertUI (many times). To me it looks like Z-Way doesn't remove old, no longer possible routes in such cases.

Node 34 can be switched via WebUI. There must be new routes which are working.
