I would kindly ask to help me to identify which device, module like logical rule or http device caused such a error.
What does it mean 69-0-113?

To identify the device call http://your_ip_address:8083/ZAutomation/api/v1/devices with a browser and look for string 69-0-113.

Looks like bad interview of the Alarm command class for device 69
