To use RPi in most cases you should be at least an experienced user. Though no need to be a programmer.

You can allow us remote access to let us analyse your problem and fix it. It works for most of users and either there is something particular in your case or some configuration was not applied.

how can I give You acces, some link to tutorial?
I think that "z-way is disable" (in simple world) but I don'i know how to check it?I would like to do it by myself but even don't know where to search that kind of information.

it is a RPi3B+
