sychronisation between the z-wave.me app and the local webversion

There is a difference in the dashboard of the z-wave.me app and the local web version. In the App I am missing some recently added devices.
I am using the latest IOS version of the app on my iPhone and iPad. They both miss the latest added devices. How do I get them in sync again.
If I use on my iPad the local web version then everything is OK.
Remote access is enabled and the app logs on with the Remote Access ID

open my hub in the app. tap the the midle symbol on the right side of the screen to clear cashe. wait a few second and click ont the remote id of the hub, left side of the screen, to reload the smarthome screen. when it opens it will be the same as the local web view.

Thanks for the support, in my app I have to swipe left in order to obtain the three choices. Apart from that, I managed to get the Web version and the App version synchronised. !! Obviously you have to do this every time you make changes in the Dashboard of the Web service ??

Stupid question, but are you using the same user in the app and in the webpage?

Yes, I have only one user and one password in the system.
