It is a known v2.2.3 bug https://github.com/Z-Wave-Me/ExpertUI/issues/197. It is also mentioned in the release notes of version 2.2.3 in the announcements section of this forum

Hi all,

I have a Fibaro Motion Sensor 3.2 version (I have other 2.7 version and work fine), the interview is 100% complete, but Motion sensor event not sent or captured for controller. The device only send Luminiscence.

Attach log when motion event is sent to controller:

Hi Wikibear,

The device description included it when adding the device to the network, it is not a problem.

On the other hand, indicates that the device always awake.

Interesting automatic detection doesn't work with my sensor.

At this position where you are now make a network test. Hold B button 2-4 sec when purple comes up push again. If you wait to long and you push at yellow you will reset your device to default factory settings.

If you device glow green all is fine. If you device blink green then yellow and after this red, then you have network trouble.

Check your log files for transmission of data.

The device is in the same room as the controller to 4 meters distances. The test is OK, the device glow green all.

Your device version is 3.2 also?

No 2.7 after 3m get Network error. That's why I ask you to put this device direct in range to controller for testing.

Did you get any log entry's? Did you send all settings to device?

The problem is with 3.2 version (Node 15), I have other device 2.7 (Node 2) version and work fine.
