I have problems to make rules that switch off/on things at ex. 23:59 then I noticed this:
:8083/expert/#/ = shows/using LOCAL TIME = CORRECT ex.09:57
:8083/z-way-ha/ = shows/using UTC TIME = WRONG. ex:08:57
Using: v2.0.1-rc18 (but I seen the problem in all versions)
Never use UTC times, always use LOCAL, maybee just a design miss.
