v2.0.1-rc33 fails to include ZME_054436 on raspi2

Couple of months ago I bought this ZME_054436 wall controller. I have used it for some time in my production system on raspi B. I excluded it from there to use it as a stand alone controller with a Duwi Wall plug for an attic light in a remote building. So I did reset the device and tried to associate the two according the manual provided by ZwaveEurope. No success. I have mailed to ZwaveMe, but like experienced by others here, no reponse from them.

My next step was to try to include it with my experimental raspi2 system. As first step I did an exclude, which gaeve the result ëxcluded from foreign network. The next step was to include. The system did tell "Device found, please wait" but nothing happened further. Could not find any related info in the log file.

(Note: I was able to associate the stand alone wall controller with a Fibaro FGS 221. The Duwi Wall plug apparantly does not support association, as I found in the data sheet)
