Windows IoT still uses UART for debug, so it is not possible to use RaZberry board. Though it is possible to use UZB. We will schedule compilation for this platform is we get enough requests for it. So far there were only 2 or 3 users ;(

The onboard UART is available in the insider build which has been out for a while now (15th Oct)
