Dead node after power supply failure

If power supply fails then relay switch would be marked as dead node.
With power coming back relay switch (Philio PAN-06) is not re-connected automaticaly and can not switch it any more.
It comes alive back only if button on relay is pressed (relay waked up)
Is there any other way that (programatically) we can force it to come alive within zway server functionalities.
Relay is in difficult place to reach.
