Fresh install - cant get remote ID

When I follow the install instructions I do not get any device/remote ID from IP:8083 setup screen.
How do I get remote access ID/login?
If I go to usermanagement/firmware update I can access IP:8084 however It has errors about zboxid, prm_zbw_userid and orm:zbw_pass

Usermanagement/Remote Access Management gives this error: SmartHome UI Error. Cant initialize remote access data.
I get the same result/error on jessie07-05, strech11-29 and razberry.img.zip
Also find.z-wave.com do not show local IP adress.
When I look at install progress I see this error
