When I follow the install instructions I do not get any device/remote ID from IP:8083 setup screen.
How do I get remote access ID/login?
If I go to usermanagement/firmware update I can access IP:8084 however It has errors about zboxid, prm_zbw_userid and orm:zbw_pass

Usermanagement/Remote Access Management gives this error: SmartHome UI Error. Cant initialize remote access data.

I get the same result/error on jessie07-05, strech11-29 and razberry.img.zip
Also find.z-wave.com do not show local IP adress.

Seems there are others with similar problems recently.
Question then is, shoud I wait until this adress is accessible: http://find.zwave.me/zbw_new_user
and then do a re-install?

Same problem here. Contacted support the other day and they said it would be up shortly. But given that was two days ago I guess that didn't mean today or tomorrow, more like someday. Can't set up Alexa integration without a remote ID.

Anybody know how this server is involved in the Alexa process? Is it a proxy between Alexa and the Razberry? If it is, I'm concerned about both security and reliability based on what I've seen with Z-wave.me already. No guarantees this server will stay operational looking at the size of Zwave, but more important, I don't know if I want this server having remote capabilities to all of my z-wave devices. At least the servers appear to be in Switzerland.

Had high hopes for this solution, but between issues like this and the horrible range of the Razberry (like 3m in my house,) I may just end up buying a SmartThings hub.

Server issue seems to be resolved now. Now possible to register new user.

I have the same problem. Sent a email a couple days ago but the havent answer jet. Anyone have some pointer for a Rasberry/Razberry noob?
