Problem installing Razberry from scratch

Hi all,
I have a RazBerry board (first gen). I haven't used it for a while.
I want to install z-wave.me again on a Raspberry Pi together with this board.
But for some reason noting is really working. I have already tried the .img image but the z-wave.me is not detecting the board.
Method 1 is also not working since is pointing to nowhere.
Someone who could help me?
