razberry v2 shield problem (dead?) after firmware update

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a help.
I used guide https://z-wave.me/support/uzbrazberry-firmwares/ to perform a firmware update, exactly following:
In Expert UI go to Network→Controller Info→Firmware upgrade or directly to IP:8083/expert/#/uzb
At that page it was shown that my board has 5.27 firmware and that it's possible to update to 5.32.
So, I started update, after a some time (less than a minute as I remember) notification was shown that it updated successfully.
But once I tried to go to other pages it shows on everywhere:
An unexpected error occurred while initialising the Z-Wave controller data.
Please check
1.) if the controller is plugged in correctly,
2.) that in the app 'Z-Wave Network Access' the right port is entered
(UZB: '/dev/ttyACM0', RaZberry shield: '/dev/ttyAMA0', UZB-Windows: '\\.\COM3', Z-Stick: '/dev/ttyUSB0', embedded boxes: '/dev/ttyS0' or '/dev/ttyS1')
3.) the app is aktiv. If not you could activate it under Menu > Apps > Active or add a new one under Menu > Apps > Local.
The Setting 'Expert View' needs to be active under Menu > My Settings.

File /dev/ttyAMA0 exists, and app 'Z-Wave Network Access' has correct settings and is active.
I also tried sudo reboot and then sudo halt... neither helped.

Both LEDs (green and red) on a razberry shield are constantly on right after the power on.

What are the ways to fix it?

Please power it off and then start again. It might happen that during upgrade some power drop happened and the device was bricked.or it was initially faulty but this rises during upgrade.

If it does not go up after a full powercycle please do RMA and send us the full log so we can invest your the problem.

Are both LEDs bright or faint? If bright, this is a problem of eeprom. Otherwise the firmware was not upgraded successfully and it is a brick

Hi PoltoS,

I tried to do a full power cycle 2 times with no positive result.

Both LEDs (green and read) are bright.
please do RMA and send us the full log so we can invest your the problem
could you please clarify how to do RMA? or what is this?

It looks that something went wrong during update like unstable power or something like that. From the log file everything looks ok. So it had to work.

Blue board or green? Can you tell me number on the label?

The powersource is an USB power supply recommended by Raspberry.org.
It outputs 2A and 5V.
During update I didn't noticed any power issues, also not before and not after.
