Hi
I’ve looked on these forums, but couldn’t find the answer to my question.
I have an older generation razberry that i still use and bought in 2013.
My question is if the firmware can be upgraded for it to support z-wave plus or if it would require a current gen razberry?
As I don’t use the z-way software I’d have to go through some hassle if I need to upgrade the firmware, so rather would like to know beforehand if a firmware upgrade would be worth the effort, or if I need to go straight for the hardware upgrade.
Thanks!
Razberry 2013 support for z-wave plus?
Re: Razberry 2013 support for z-wave plus?
This old RaZberry is using older chips that do not have newer versions since 2014-2015. Newer are working only on new chips.
But Z-Wave Plus can also be supported on those old firmwares too, so no need to upgrade if you don't care about 100kbit speed
