Neighbors network

If I make an update of neighbors network does my system work better, is there a code I can use to make an update with?
for then I will let a script run once a day
like this
switch set on or off
/ZWaveAPI/Run/devices[2].instances[0].SwitchBinary.Set(255)
/ZWaveAPI/Run/devices[2].instances[0].SwitchBinary.Set(0)

Why don´t you use the expert menu, Network, Reorganization.
I assume that a daily run is to much...but, who knows
