New Rasp Pi, Pro 7, cannot add any zwave device.

I have previously used zwave.me in the 1st or 2nd gen, it's been a while.
I just got my rasp pi, 4b 8g, put on rasp 3.2.2 package, couldn't add device. Got the popup error message attached.

I read about a fix being posted on github, then saw the 3.2.3 update.
I proceeded to update the rasp pi, then update the firmware of the package to (3.2.3) , Razberry07.17.02.01.gbl using cli. It's reporting 7.28/7.17.

I was excited at first, and I've been stuck since I started. I haven't messed with ha with the device yet.

It excludes devices just fine.

I'm not sure what else to do, I've been reading all day and came close to an exact problem in the forum and it didn't match.

Looks like you jumped over 7.21 firmware that is transforming one format of the internal flash to another. So you erased all settings inside ;(

No worries, this is recoverable.

Please send a message with Z-Way admin login/password to our support (support@z-wave.me or https://help.z-wave.me) and a link to this message. They will heal it by re-installing all the settings.
