Cannot start Z-Wave binding: Error: Bad data - communication failed

I connected a RaZberry to raspberry pi zero, I have tried everything but is not working.
I made sure to set up the port on dev/ttyAMA0.

I am attaching the logs but basically is not able to read the controller. I would appreciate some help, please.

I also have the same problem. I have followed the instructions given, but that didn't solve it.

I even downloaded the version with the zway image: https://razberry.z-wave.me/z-way-server ... ry.img.zip, and still produces the same error

Please contact support on help.z-wave.me. It might be a device fault or a misconfigured software
