I was analyzing the log tonight and came across this. Device [12] is the FGMS. And other details (not sure what's needed here)...

Device:

Occasionally I do notice similar errors in my logs. Just took a closer look into my logs and found two of my ten StellaZ devices producing these messages:

Code: Select all

[2016-08-09 11:10:31.547] [D] [zway] SETDATA controller.data.incomingPacket = **********
[2016-08-09 11:10:31.547] [D] [zway] SETDATA devices.33.data.lastReceived = 0 (0x00000000)
[2016-08-09 11:10:31.547] [E] [zway] Packet CC::SENSOR_MULTILEVEL_REPORT is too short: required at least 5 bytes, got 2
[2016-08-09 11:10:31.547] [E] [zway] Error returned from _zway_cc_call_handler(zway, command, controller->id, 0, data[4], &data[5]): Wrong packet from Z-Wave network or Discovery got bad data (stick communication failed) (-9)
[2016-08-09 11:10:31.580] [D] [zway] RECEIVED: ( 01 07 00 13 A0 00 00 13 58 )
On the timing info one of the devices scores 100%, the other 97%.
As a matter of fact both happen to have 0% battery for quite a while, but still do wake-up regularly. I'll replace the batteries some time today or tomorrow to see if that makes a difference. I'll be back on that.

This is a known bug in FGMS-001. Go in Configuration->#12->Associations and remove "channaled" association to Z-Way and place a "non-channaled"
