[Solved] Aeotec Smart Switch 6 - not showing RGB control

Hi,
have a working Razberry instance (zway version 2.2.4) with an Aeotech Smart Dimmer (AEOEZW099) connected.
With the VDev appearing for Command Class 51 in the smarthome UI I can control the LED indicator ring at the plug.
Works like a charm...
Now I'm preparing a second system for another home (my family's
) and tried implement the same with zway version 2.3.0 and an Aeotech Smart Switch (AEOEZW096), but I don't see the RGB control in the smarthome UI as expected.
In expert UI and via /ZWaveAPI/Data/devices I see the CommandClass 51 is present and I can change color by expert command or http (i.e. /ZWaveAPI/Run/devices[4].instances[0].commandClasses[51].Set(2,255)).
Any ideas why the RGB control is not showing up or how to make this work?
