z wave long range

I see the specs were out for z wave lr in 2020, I need to turn on out door lights about 900 ft away are there z wave long range hubs and plug in light switches for long range, if so what manufactures have them if there not out yet how long of a wait or what other tec is made now that I can use now, cant put an extender half way no power for regular z wave
