[userModule] Blind Control (Updated 2016/10/22)

Manages blinds and shades for optimal shading when hot (summer mode), and insulation when cold outside (winter mode). A virtual device will be created for each selected operations mode that can disable blind control actions.
It is possible to create multiple rules that manage several devices (eg. in different rooms). Rules can be created based on

Installation can be done directly via git or via the the Zway App-Store. Install the BaseModule and Astronomy modules first.

- Inside temperature
- Outside temperature
- Solar intensity (UV Index)
- Solar altitude
- Solar azimuth (location of the blind/window)
