Hi

It will be nice if the Virtual Thermostat get to have one decimal
like the Temperature in Z-wave smart home
or maybe it can be changed somewhere in the system?

I made a pullrequest on github that would allow you to override the default step setting for thermostat and multilevel devices by setting metrics:step
