Direct Link to "Meter" documentation, 404 error for header

Hi,

there is no direct link to the documentation of the meter class available on the top level of the "Reference page".

Currently the documentation can (only?) be reached through the "ZUNO_SETUP_CHANNELS()" documentation, a direct link to http://z-uno.z-wave.me/Reference/ZUNO_METER/ on the reference page would be good...

There is also a 404 for the links to the header file Core_arduino.h. This seems to be the case for all of the other classes as well.
