Hi, I have a Schneider PLC Zelio but I'm not realy happy and I'm would have Z-Wave network for the controlling of my home.

Zuno seams to be the right choice and I lie android versatility... but I don't see relays and a need its for 220Vac light plant controlling... What do you suggest ? an external relays board controlled by Z-Uno ?

You can use verious relays for 230 V with Z-Uno. For example see http://z-uno.z-wave.me/projects/four-power-relays/
